STEP 1

Inquiry

Our company has two separate divisions: Process Control Instrumentation (PCI) and Machine Monitoring Systems (MMS). You can send your inquiry to the email pci@profess.cz or mms@profess.cz. If you are not sure which division is the product related to, please send your question to profess@profess.cz. We are always happy to help you specify the right solution for your application.

STEP 2

Offer

We try our best to process offers on the same or the following working day. Our offer always declares warranty conditions and expected lead times of the offered products. If we are uncertain with the technical specification, we will contact you. Even if we need more time to process the offer, we will always contact you not later than the second working day after we receive your inquiry.

STEP 3

Order

Please send the order to our email address pci@profess.cz or mms@profess.cz. You can also order goods in writing, by fax or by telephone. If you require delivery of devices with non-factory settings, please state this in the order.

STEP 4

Order confirmation

After we process the order, we will send you an order confirmation with the expected delivery date. If you have not received the order confirmation from us within two working days, please contact us again. Until we send you the confirmation, the order cannot be considered as accepted by us.

STEP 5

Delivery and invoicing

Inside of the Czech Republic we usually send the goods by the transport company DPD. Details of the shipment will be sent to the contact email address specified in the order confirmation before delivery. An integral part of the shipment is the delivery note. We send the invoice by email by default, by post on request. For deliveries outside of the Czech Republic you will be always be contacted for more details.

STEP 6

Commissioning

A part of the delivery is our full technical support during commissioning of the delivered products. Feel free to contact our technical support if you have any questions. On request, we send the products already configured for a specific parameters of your application. If necessary, we provide our service on site.

STEP 7

Warranty and post-warranty service

We provide warranty and post-warranty service of the devices delivered by our company. Contact our technical support if you suspect a malfunction of the device. Our team of technicians will always try to help you. Our goal is a satisfied customer!
