Protection system

• AMS 6500 ATG is the flagship of Emerson company
• The system consists of universal measuring monitors, which can process signals from various types of sensors
• ATG systems is API 670 compliant.

Universal Measuring Card

• Dual channel card for monitoring vibrations, shift and rot. speed
• Integrated diagnostic features: FFT, PeakVue and band filters

Temperature and Process Card

• 4 channel card for monitoring of temperarture an process signals
• 4 current outputs
• 6 binary outputs for limit monitoring

System Relay Card

• Programmable card with 16 output relays
• Suitable for creating complex logic connections between the binary outputs of measuring cards and relays

System Communication Card

• System card for configuration and communication of AMS 6500 ATG
• External communication: server OPC UA or
• Modbus TCP (via Ethernet), Modbus RTU (via RS485)

LVDT Converter

• Converter for connection of inductive transducer to A6500-UM
• Compatible with "Half bridge" sensors, e.g. PR9350
• Compatible with "LVDT" sensors, e.g. PR9341

System Rack 19 inches

• PCB backplane on rear side carries all connectors and terminals and provides all necessary inter connections
• The terminals on the back require access to the frame from behind

Front Termination Rack

• AMS 6500 ATG compact rack for panel mounting (Bulkhead)
• PCB backplane on rear side carries all connectors and terminals and provides all necessary inter connections

Backplane for two monitors A6500-UM

• Alternative to standard 6500 SR and 6500 FR
  racks of Emerson AMS 6500 ATG protection system
  in combination with BP402 CC backplane.
